Before ordering parts and supplies, simply measure the size of the space where you want to put your new sunroom. If the room is 10 ft. wide by 10 ft. long, you have a 100 sq. ft. of space to work with. Pricing is not always exact. The same 10×10 unit can cost $7000 at one home and $14,000 at another. The difference depends on style of room, shipping costs, operable windows/doors, and other factors. Rafters and supports are best made from aircraft-quality aluminum for superior strength without excess weight. Suggested glass is low-e glass for the very best insulation properties.
